I’m Jess Puglia — hair designer, educator, and founder — and I’ve spent more than 30 years behind the chair perfecting one belief:

Learning the Rules, Then Breaking Them
My journey began on Boston’s iconic Newbury Street, where the best of the best pushed me to my limits.
I wasn’t a natural — I had to work harder, stay later, and learn to find beauty in discipline.
Those early years taught me everything about structure, artistry, and resilience.
When I discovered how to deconstruct that perfection — to let a razor move freely, to let hair breathe — that’s when I fell in love with the craft.
I went on to educate for brands like Bumble and Bumble, Davines, and Brocato, traveling across the country teaching stylists how to balance technique with intuition.
But I always knew I wanted to create something more personal — a studio where every guest felt understood.
