These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the guest) and me, Jessica Puglia, owner and stylist at The Hair Mansion.
By booking an appointment, visiting my studio, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services & Appointments
I provide professional hair services by appointment only.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
I reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or decline services when necessary to maintain a safe, professional, and consistent experience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—may be subject to a cancellation fee.
I completely understand that life happens, but communication helps me respect everyone’s time.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on service complexity, time, or product usage.
Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve discussed otherwise in advance.
I accept cashless payments and all major cards.
The Hair Mansion is a gratuity-free space—every service is designed to feel complete: no tips, just trust.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers:
Are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Must be presented at the time of service or checkout.
Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Expire one year from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Guest Conduct
I’m committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Any guest who behaves inappropriately or disruptively may be denied service or asked to leave at my discretion.
Kindness and respect are non-negotiable parts of The Hair Mansion experience.
Accessibility accommodations are always available upon request. Please email prior to your visit if you require adjustments or support.
